Sacred Sexual Bodywork

SACRED SXUAL BODYWORK 

3 MONTH DEEP DIVE -- 1500 EURO

In our bodywork sessions, we harness the power of Eros. We focus on opening the body and gently releasing stored trauma and emotions through pressure, breath, sound and massage. Through the application of tantric and shamanic practices, we tap into the wisdom of your body to uncover and address what needs healing and integration in the present moment.



Duration:
1,5 hours per session, 2 sessions per month. Including aftercare check-ins.

Medicine Rebirth Ceremony

MEDICINE CEREMONY

Full day immersion -- upon request

A guided medicine journey for those intending to enter a space of deep transformation and inner exploration. Through intention and ritual, you will be guided into a sacred transformational space. There is room for the recalibration of deep-rooted structures -- empowering you to embody and manifest yourself as your highest expression.

Embodiment practices.

Through Mindfulness, Movement, Breath and Sound, we will awaken your physical, emotional and energetic body. Vibrating whatever is alive in the moment, and releasing yourself from stuck emotions and dormant energies, in order to be more present and clear in your day to day life and endeavors.

Awareness & Alignment.

Together we’ll find your blind spots, limiting beliefs and internal contradictions that keep you from living up to your potential and creating the life you really want.

Aspecting, shadow-integration, self-awareness.

Empowerment & Souvereignty.

Dissolving these distortions will ultimately lead to greater feelings of self-worth, self-knowlegde, confidence and empowerment. Growth and expansion is inevitable once you learn how to set goals, whilst being comfortable in the mystery of co-creating with life.

What can you expect?

Together we’ll identify your desired outcomes. These will be the silver lining of our sessions together.

We go deep, in 3 months of 1:1 sessions – 2 sessions per month. Each session starts with an introduction on the topic we are addressing, whereafter the embodiment practice will take place, in order to release the blockages that keep you from manifesting your desired outcomes. To conclude, we will reflect on the insights of the session and how you can further anchor these in your personal life.

Aftercare and follow up. After the 3 months, we will have a check-in through video- or phonecall. I will send you notes and insights from our sessions, and supportive material to support your integration and continuation of practice.

Please note: During the sessions, I will invite you to participate in a variety embodiment practices. Please note that you are, at any time, welcome to state your no’s or boundaries.

 

 

Investment for a 3-month container of 2 sessions/month is 1500 euro. (250 per session). Single sessions (including pre-session and aftercare) is 300 euro.

 

Before we enter the container, we’ll establish Terms & Agreements, and adress desires, boundaries and concerns together.
