I'm a holistic psychologist, embodiment coach, and sacred bodyworker devoted to supporting people in healing, reconnecting with themselves, and coming back into deeper relationship with their body, emotions, intimacy, and truth.
My work is rooted in a lifelong fascination with the human psyche, emotional healing, embodiment, spirituality, intimacy, and transformation. I'm especially drawn to the places within us that have been suppressed, disconnected, shamed, or left unfelt — and to the profound shifts that become possible when those parts are met with presence, safety, and compassion.
After growing up and studying in The Netherlands, my path led me deeply into India and Asia, where I immersed myself in meditation, yogic and tantric traditions, embodiment practices, therapeutic work, conscious relating, and community living. These experiences fundamentally transformed the way I understand healing: not as something we force or fix, but as something that unfolds through awareness, nervous system safety, embodiment, and honest connection with ourselves.
Today, I work internationally through private sessions, immersive transformational work, retreats, women's circles, and group spaces. My approach weaves together psychology, psychosomatic healing, conscious touch, emotional processing, breath-work, movement, nervous system awareness, and embodied intimacy.
I believe healing happens when we slow down enough to truly listen to ourselves. When we reconnect with the body. When we allow ourselves to feel what has long been held beneath the surface. And when we soften out of performance, protection, and conditioning into greater aliveness, authenticity, intimacy, and self-awareness.
To me, this work is not about becoming someone else.
It is about remembering who we already are beneath the layers of fear, shame, survival, and disconnection.
